Food Not Bombs PDX is every Wednesday and Saturday 5pm SHARP (done by 6pm) at Buckman Elementary School, SE Stark at SE 16th. Bring all your own shopping bags. There’s usually a vegan potluck. Bring your own bowl, fork, spoon, etc also.

Laughing Planet, using the honor system, free meal given.

Q Center (queer safe space), uses a lottery system, 4115 N. Mississippi Ave, Portland, OR 97217, handuproject is at the Q center. www.handupproject.org, Food Pantry Mon & Tues 12- 4, 4th Saturday of the month 10am-1pm

UMEUS, 2830 NE Flanders Street, Portland, Oregon 97232, They measure the weight of your bags full of free food, at the end, to report lbs for their service to the community. Open:  2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays each month from 1:30pm – 3:30pm, Closed: 1st and 5th Sundays

Equitable Giving Circle,5341 NE 20TH AVE, PORTLAND OR 97211, (Face masks may be required, take a mask) Free Farmer’s Market for the BIPOC communities, the food is from BIPOC farmers. Looks like they deliver too. Thursdays 10am -2pm

Protecting our client’s privacy is taken seriously at Golden Moth Counseling. We do not and will not ever share, sell, or disclose any of our client’s information, except where required by law or when the client explicitly requests it with a signed Release of Information (ROI) form.
  

Client Consent: In the Therapy Notes portal clients have an opportunity to enter their information, as well as explicitly consent to how Golden Moth Counseling LLC can contact them. This includes reminders to client’s next counseling session(s), administrative questions, and check-ins conducted by the counselor.
